online delivery was not delivered to my home

My order status says it was delivered but I did not receive it. It was never delivered at my home! I want my preset or my money back! I am going to escalate this matter legally if this matter is not resolved! I have called the call Centre many times and your people are not helpful at all! I’m absolutely appalled at the customer service and will never be doing any transactions again!
