Online delivery is a nightmare!

They tell you your address is incorrect - imagine! Them telling me that MY adress is incorrect or they lie and say they cant reach you yet they didnt even come to your complex or attempt to call you on your cellphone. When you chat to their whatsapp line, and send them printscreens of the address you wrote in your onlie profile and what they have on courier and confirm its correct, the people stillwant you to TYPE it all over again. What a waste of time! No one is of any help.
