Online delivery

I have placed and order with mr price online on the 24th of November, I had expected delivery in the 3 days.. The items where delivered by a courier company called FedEx... The delivery was however delivered to the wrong person a flat away from me.. When I contacted mrp they said the items where delivered to a person who received my items called Alicia. I made it know that i don't know the person and how can they deliver the items to someone without me being present or my consent... I was told to find out the person and try to get my parcel back... On Friday the 6th I found out who was the person and when asked for the items the neighbors had said they had sold the items to people around and was verbally abused by the ********* who took my items... FedEx came today the 9th and went to retrieve the parcel and the person refused to open... FedEx said they was gona open up a case at the police station.. I still await them and I still await my refund from Mr price of 1200.. As that was the total value of the items
