Online delivery

I placed and paid for my online delivery the status has not changed from Shipped from the 12 May 2020 I acknowledge there's a slight delay due to the Covid 19 pandemic but this is ridiculous more so because another order I placed after this one was already delivered to the store and collected, the service is pathetic I have sent numerous emails, joined the online chat only to be dismissed the toll free number just keeps you on hold no agents to assist, can I please get feedback, Mr Price just please keep your order and please just refund me there will be no need for the winter clothes in Summer because that seems to be your aim delivery or lack thereof long after the promised time frame
