ONLINE deliver late with Mr price

I placed an order on the 22nd of December 2019 , still never received my order ?? Where is it?? This is annoying with every single order I have I get it late and have to COMPLAIN on hello peter and then only it's at the store for pick up , where is my order and when will I be getting it you'll said early in this week still nothing received
