Online chat extremely helpful
Recently I realised my Mr Price acount had some issues. Instead of phoning their call centre, I tried their online chat. This is my reason for the compliment. I spoke to 3 different agents, all 3 of them were friendly and extremely helpful. I had my issue sorted out within 20 minutes. You are the example to follow!!!
