Online billing theivery

Mr Price is acts like a theiving groups of ******. I paid my instalment using their online platform but still the payment does not reflect on my MRP account. I sent them proof of payment expecting to have the issue resolved but to date they have not returned to me. Their customer service is poor to say the least. I sent them mountains of emails but I get no reply from them I am a very angry shopper
