Appalling service from your online and delivery team. Froom your driver falsifying his delivery update stating that my number is invalid to your whatsapp team member Swazi dismissing my query within 3 minutes of attempting to respond with the correct address that i had already sent her in the original query, still no update from my order that has been out for delivery since Sunday evening. I am highly disappointed as a loyal customer, do better and ensure I receive my package with this week or provide me with the full refund including the delivery fee that was charged.
