ONE MONTH LATER AND NO DELIVERY OF A PJ'S. DISGUSTING SERVICE MRP.VERY DISAPPOINTED

Bad Service from MRP, i ordered item online on the 28th June 2021 and to date no delivery, i have followed up every week and the same answer its with couriers today is the 30th July more than a month ago and no one even bothered to call me and let me know where my order is after many promises they will call me as soon as they have feedback, the query has been escalated everytime i called them and no one even thought of calling me or even sending an e-mail to tell me the status of my order. i am disgusted in your service, you can cancel the order, refund my money as well as my promotion code i used.
