Once again terrible customer service

Once again I have to write a bad review for you to listen. I have sent so many emails begging for a response on cancellation on my Mr price account insurance you keep depleting my account with no purchases just for insurance I don't need. It's ridiculously annoying that u ignoring my your customer service is really terrible.
