On the 3rd of September I placed an order on their online platform

On the 3rd of September I placed an order on their online platform. According to their delivery schedule my order was supposed to be delivered between 3 and 7 days Today is the 14th and still did not hear from them until just now when I contacted them via their WhatsApp platform. I enquired from a person Preneshen and he or she informed me that my order would have to be cancelled. Goshhhhh! I asked why and I was told the order has been recorded but there is no feedback on the order. My worry is, my child wished to use some of the clothes i ordered for an occasion . Had MR Price been fair to me then they could have advised me long ago that my order would not be processed for reasons unbeknownst to me. I have multiple clothing accounts I could have went to another shop to shop, edgards has similar clothing. Pls let them cancel my order.
