On the 1st of June 2021 I wrote a review online on hellopeter website about mr price and the poor customer service and their app that froze when I placed the order, but the payment already went through via their online eft ozow. That was already on the 29 May 2021. Mr price then rep**** on my review. They said they will contact me shortly and one of their online team leaders will handle this matter personally. But no one contacted me yet and I have not received my money back.
