On Saturday the 27th I went to Mr Price Trade Route Mall to buy a phone for my son and when I got home I realised the speaker of the phone is not working. Today the 29th my husband returned the phone back to the store and was denied a new phone rather told to leave the phone in store to be checked. He went back home without my son's phone. I fail to understand why one who buy a cellphone that gives problems on the same day of purchase and be denied a new phone. I'm really depending on Hellopeter to assist me on this one, I'm in so much pain more especially the cry of son who wants his cellphone
