***** on my Mr Price account

I am not here to paint Mr Price bad or good, but I am here to have my issue resolved. I called in to report ***** on my account and I was given the email *** to lodge my complaint, I.was also informed to make an affidavit at the police station to this effect, which I did.

I am prompted to come to this platform because no matter how many times I call to say that the email I was given returns a message that the email was not delivered I am still given the same email. I have resorted coming to this platform to draw the relevant authorities from Mr Price Group.

There is a person, whether inside job or outside I dnt know, but this person has been buying airtime worth of hundreds of rands with my account. I have never app**** for a Mr price mobile, and the only number I registered with Mr Price, and which is the only number authorized to buy air time is my cell c number ***. when I took my time to scrutinize my Mr price statement I was startled to notice that my account balance was not being reduced although I was making hefty payments monthly, and that's when I noticed that airtime worth hundreds of rands have being bought from my account since last year.

Could you please stop with immediate effect unauthorized airtime transactions from my account and thoughrouly investigate the matter, as I am not prepared to make payments to this effect. Could you also look into reimbursing me for the loss I have suffered.
