***** on Mr Price account.

So this morning, I went to buy something at Mr. Price on my account. Got at the till and the cashier at Eikestad Mall advises me that there is no credit left on my account. Shocked I tell her that this is impossible. After investigating my account, it shows that someone bought R8000 worth of stuff on my account at Mr Price Home Somerset West. Drove there to go and find out what the heck. Got the slips that was bought, and to my Suprise, my Signature is just the letter of my first name and the letter of my second name. This does not stop there! 4 Separate purchases, 4 minutes out of each other to the amount of R1980 each, 4 minutes. But wait, no verification done by the cashier, no call to me to ask, hey is this right, nothing!! So now you get told, eish, sorrryyyy,

The client (Me) now needs to go to a police station, to get an avadavat that I did not buy the stuff (This after the signature on the Slips is not even CLOSE to my Signature!!) Conveniently the 2 Cashiers that handled this, is on leave.

Oh wait. now you get told, this will take 30 - 60 days to investigate, how nice. and when you tell them, hey, I will not pay this account then you get told I cannot tell you not to pay. What do you expect me to do? pay for something you don't have or is this the MR Price way, not to mention the person on the other end of the line is sitting there with a mouth full of teeth and doesn't even say a word.

I know im a small fish for these Big Companies, but this small fish is gone and i can tell you now, they won't even care!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted in Mr Price.
