On Line Shopping at Mr Price

I placed on order on 28 November 2020 - order no *** and to date have not received my parcel. I enquired on several occasions only to be told "we will get back to you". I eventually asked for a refund, but needless to say that also did not happen as yet. It is so sad that such a big company makes a mockery of online shopping!!!!
