Offered online product - Tablet which I refused, still charged on my account and have not even recieved a Product - *****

Mr Price Phoned to offer a tablet, which I accepted. They never got back to me. Few months later they called again offering it, they charged my account and has not even sent any product.

This is *****, even more I am trying to cancel the debit order but cannot get through to them, the keep sending me around or they simply do not answer in their call centre.
