My name is Mildred Molefe My husband Sam Molefe had an account with you which he paid up and never used it again. Last week were surprised to see a payment done at Maponya mall even though the account was not owing and the payment was not done by us. We visited the branch and spoke to the above person who never took us seriously. Now this week we picked up that a purchase was done at Centurion first of R699 then of R6999 on the same day. We went back again to the branch at Maponya mall to querie the issue and it was not taken seriously. Does this mean that you dont care ? My number is ***
