Not willing to pay a claim

I have a hospital stay policy with Mr Price have been trying to claim since March 2023 they don't communicate and when I call are trying by all means to not pay

Will advise people to not beleave what are telling that is easy to clame is not easy to get payed for the claim I regret to why did I join them
