Not what it seems

I went into the Mr Price store on Friday and purchased a Scarlet-hill so called lip stain. I put it on my lips and it says to wait 10mins before it stains. I waited 30 mins and still nothing happened. It is like a normal lip gloss. They are lying to customers that it is a lip stain when it's only a lip gloss. I called the customer service only to be told that they only deal with online queries. I must send an email if I purchased in store. What nonsense is this. Anyways I sent an email on Friday and never got a response. Mr Price your customer service is terrible. And this buy of your so called ' lip stain' is a *******.
