Not Satisfied With Service

<p>I opened an account with Mr Price about 2 years and was servicing my account monthly until it was paid.When i wanted to apply for a home loan thats when i discovered that i owed R117 to this account .but my last payment my receipt showed R0,00 , the R117 is the insurance they are talking about which i do not understand if i am insuring keeping my account at 0,00.</p> <p>I think if Mr Price can be pro active and avoid such situations .Please i need that account to be closed forthwith cause i can not pay insurance if that account is at zero now i can not buy a house because of this silly mistake.</p> <p> </p> <p>My account number is ********** 013 , please assist for me to go ahead with my deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Unstatisfied cumer.</p>
