Not Satisfied

Mr Price Has not bothered to come back to me after I explained to them about the mothers day gift I received and that I wanted to exchange it but did not have the receipt but that the tag was still on the dress. I was told that the manager would contact me. Truworths helps a person without a slip if the item has the tag and if the person knows when and which till they bought the item from. I am very disappointed in Mr Price this is not the first time that I have had issues with Mr Price.
