Not satisfied

I was now at my price n1 city I did laybye a few stuff for my daughter but how ever she did not like all the items I have bought for her I went there now to return the items but they were unable to assist me as I only have the receipt of the items that I have laybye and the deposit I have paid and they can't assist me with that receipt as they need the one where it shows I have paid it in full but my argument is the system won't return an item on a laybye if it's not fully paid and I do have the 1 st receipt I am very unhappy with the service I have received now I am unable to get my money back this is for sure the last time I will purchase anything at their branch
