Not reliable.

I made an online order on the 31st of January 2019 and till today no deliver has taken place. I called today to inquire and was told that my order number is not on the system and my query has been escalated to the technical department. I have made an instant EFT payment and my order cannot be found. I am not impressed why is that. I was told i will get a call back and asked for reference number and i was told to use the order number that they cannot find on the system as reference number. Maybe they should just stick to store purchases and leave online to experts.
