Not recommended to order online via Mr Price Home

I've ordered online for the first time via Mr Price Home. Requested that delivery must be made at Mr Price Home Retail Shopping Centre in Roodepoort. Was informed by Justin Doravaloo on Thursday 14 May 2015 that it is not possible. I received an sms on Thursday that delivery will take place at my residential address on Friday between 14:00 and 16:00. Didn't happen. Was contacted by courier company at 17:45 that delivery was made at Mr Price Home Retail Crossing Centre on Friday. I visited Mr Price Home Retail Crossing Centre on Saturday morning, only to be informed by Vusi (who attends to deliveries) that he doesn't know about any delivery and he wasn't helpful at all together with the cashier lady. I contacted the courier company after I left and they again confirmed that the delivery was made on Friday afternoon and even went through the whole security check. Now I am still waiting for someone at Mr Price Home Retail Crossing Centre who is willing to help find my order in their store ... I've also logged a call via the online home page to search for my order.
