Not paying insurance
Today is the 3Jan, I have made my cellphone claim insurance on the 11 Nov 2023 ,but they don't bother to call en tell me what is holding them to give a new phone , but I have been paying gor 2 yrs , now I get a horrible service, worse service I have ever experince,

03 Jan 2024, 13:25*** I was given this no to call but no one bothers to pick up, even if I call customer service i was told all my documents are uptodate but they still waiting for Mr Price to process my claim, I am tired of waiting an the other customer wws causing a schene in the store now I see the reason why, you Don't value your customers at all but you enjoying taking my money.
