Not happy at all with the service am getting at Mr price

Good day l brought the phone at Mr Price at the Reef mall ..this phone is honour xb5 l report the phone just after few weeks that this phone is freezing and whichoff it self without me turn it off..at my work demand that l must have a phone..l have coming to the store more than once but not getting any help.. l even talk to they head office regarding the matter and up until today l have not been help and my phone has insurance and my account is up to date.. l will appreciate if l can get help regarding this am wasting my petrol to drive here for same issue..it seem mr price only after money not caring about customer service
