not getting my phone back!! !!!

I brought a phone last year August at Mr Price Boksburg (east rand mall), it gave me problems so I took it back for repair in February, they said it will take 14_21 days but I haven't received my phone back till this day. I've been checking what's the process with my phone but I never get a straight answer,it 6 months now ????????
