Not following Process
According to your Terms and Conditions any order not collected withing 10 working days gets cancelled and notifications should have be sent.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS 8.1.7 In the event that you do not collect an Order at your chosen MRPG store, reminders will be sent to your to collect your Order. If you do not collect your Order within 10 (ten one) Working days, your Order will be cancelled.
Why hasnt this been done?
