Not fixing account

I am very annoyed with Mr Price, I paid my account via EFT as normal in December, the payment didn't reflect on my statement and was recorded as a missed payment. I then called and did as instructed, I sent the POP to the email address given twice, my account is still not fixed, I phoned and no one is answering my calls
