Not Even A Hello

On Sunday I went to exchange a top at Mr Price Brixton. I was served by a Dineo who did not even greet me. Her manager wearing a yellow top was standing next to her and on the phone I asked Dineo why did she not greet me she said she did when I got to the counter she was laughing with the the previous customer. She did not greet me. When I stepped away she and the manager started talking and laughing amongst themselves. For a manager to do such shows a total disregard for customer centricity. She did not even intervene when I asked Dineo why she did not greet. Totally shocked at the treatment I received. <br> I would rather travel extra distance to Mr Price Cresta and know that I would be greeted with a smiling face
