Not easy closing Mr.price account

Good Day. Can someone help me to close my account please. *** whatsapp number is useless regarding account. it just gives information. Closing the account over weekends are not accepted. Customer care *** end up routing to ***, even the store manager is unimpressed being on the line for 40 minutes its just engaged. I don't have a problem with the store, but I would like to receive a paid up letter for closing the account. The acc is *** my details are on the system please to get into contact, or just close the acc and email the letter please...nonsence
