Not customer orientated

I bought a shoe at Mr price parow I took it back after 4months telin the cashier,supervisor and an isle assistant the reason I'm bringing the shoe back and after so long,in the same month I bought the shoe which is a stilleto I have injured my back and can no longer wear hills,the lady(zelda) just bluntly tell me no lady we don't take stock back after 3months and what she say is jus right yes I understand there policy but what about the unfortuanate situation I'm in now...staff which mr price can be more customer orientated....I work in retail and a customer is always rite to ensure the customer come back ...I'm almost donPe closing it. Your money is good enough for them but returning they give you hassles even if you have vallet reasons....
