Not closing account after settling outstanding amounts!!!

We settled and closed our Mr Price account last year because we were immigrating. We now find out they never closed the account in our family was now contacted because we not paying our account? This is pathetic and Unacceptable. We have immigrated!!!! close the account!!!!!!! as you were in structed to do. I refuse to pay any additional account fees because of your negligence.
