Not cancelling subscribtion

I received those sales calls for this Mr price top up. I called and cancelled even before I received the sim. 2 months later I see on my statement they have added a bill to my account. I called and it was eventually removed as I cancelled before it was even activated. This month I received another a bill added to my account. So who needs to sort this mess out again. Do I have to do this every month.
