None of the bulbs for sale fit any of the lamps! None.

Diep River, Cape Town homeware branch:- This is probably the head offices fault, but it's affected this branch. Lighting display has some 45 different table lamps for sale and then there are shelves containing maybe 600 globes and NONE OF THE GLOBES FIT ANY OF THE LAMPS!!!! Someone in headoffice has only one job and that is to order the matching bulbs right? No, now that would be too easy. I was told to go to the hardware store to buy bulbs. The two customer services people both admitted that the stock situation is chaotic with their buyers sending them pots without lids, gift cards without envelopes and general chaos.

Also, they make their staff work right through easter and christmas and it seems very unnecessary, cruel

So, after this response by Mr Prices the branch manageress Michelle phoned me to explain, and apologise and offer me a voucher. I was to collect it from the branch. So I went into the branch and Michelle wasnt on duty and another manager said she had no knowledge of this voucher. She took my details and said she would follow up with Michelle and call me back. Of course she never called. No surprise - unprofessional
