None Delivery /Poor Communication

i bought a dress on 4 March via online shopping. i was asked to pay a fee to have the item delivered at Morning Glen shop in 24 hours. The dress was not delivered as promised and now i am busy doing a run around being sent from pillar to post to submit proof of payment as Mr Price was off line that why they couldn't send me a tracking number. i submitted my bank statement only to be told tat this is not the proof they require and no one is calling to follow up on this i have to pick up the phone and ask. My concern is we are lured into using the online shopping facility that is utterly useless and if Mr Price could not pick up on the payment that was successful then why use their online thing? i am frustrated you call and speak to one consultant who promises to call and never does my main concern is the payment did go thru , so why is it difficult to get the dress or be refunded ? Mr Price Online is useless and i urge nobody to use it
