Non refund of reserved funds for purchases not received.

I tried to make a purchase from Mr Price on 4/2/21 but payment was rejected by their portal but my FNB card still shows a reserve of R294.98 even though I cancelled the order. This amount has not been reversed by MrPrice I made an attempt on 8/2/21 and once again their portal rejected my payment of R174.98. My bank account shows the amount as reserved for the purchase and it too has not been reversed by them either

There are now two amounts reserved by MrPrice with no purchase and my account profile shows no purchases made.

This is unacceptable practice.

I have emailed MrPrice on 3 occasions but they have not had the decency to respond. In my eyes this is blatant theft.
