Non received of laybuy items

Head office must monitor Mr Price at Mabopane about what is happening in the shop. I made lay buy around October 2022 today on 22 dec 2022 when I went to the shop to release my lay buy I noticed that the quantity of the clothes are not the same as on the slip. Then without feeling guilty they just refund me, I paid the only items that was left. I noticed that it was not only me when I call the management hey told us that they will do nothing since clothes were ****** from the store room. What I need I just need clarity that how can I handle the trauma for my kids not having christimas clothes that were expected and hoping they will be having clotheson Christmas.
