Non-existing service and unauthorized debit
<p>I was contacted by the call centre regarding the Medinet option. I informed the consultant that I would be interested and will confirm once I received a copy of the policy document. I have never received a copy of the policy document. However, the premium was added to my account without hesitation and authorisation. I have now contacted Mr Price several times and asked them to reverse the premiums, with no luck so far. My first mail to Mr Price HQ was dated 24 June 2016, with acknowledgement of receipt thereoff via SMS on the 28th of June 2016. A second mail was sent on the 12th of September 2016, with an ackowledgement via SMS that the mail was received. Yet, the premiums still get added to my account. WARNING TO ALL CLIENTS. DO NEVER EVER SPEAK TO ANY OF THE MR PRICE CONSULTASNTS REGARDING ANY INSURANCE. THIS IS MOST PROBABLY ONE OF THE BIGGEST ****S OUT THERE. THEY ADD AMOUNTS TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT ACCEPTING A POLICY. OR THE CLIENT CONFIRMING THAT THEY WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE INSURANCE. I AM ALSO GOING TO REPORT THIS TO THE INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN! </p>
