Non existing "service"

I bought last week online a gift, I was told it will be here Tuiesday, then got the message saying Friday morning. I called Mr. Price and was told to Whats Up, which I did, otherly a useless situation as it is a person you are talking too but more like a bot. Then I emailed 3 times,. Nothing. Then I called 4 times. The 4th time the lady said who the courier company is, the company only has a number in the UK. All I asked was can they call the courier company and ask where my parcel is as it was then half past 4 and I was leaving. She said no no they will call you. No one called. today is Monday, again I called and was told it will be here tomorrow. I just need to speak to a person that needs to call your courier company and ask where my parcel is and secondly, the time, that it will be delivered, as in will they ensure they are here before half past 4 if not where will my parcel go. You should be ashamed of your pathetic client service.
