Non-existing customer service

Do I have to give a star? This companies customer service is shocking! One can't even get through to the customer service line to query anything. Posts on their Facebook page go unanswered. How does one speak to a human being? I'm definitely canceling my account once it paid up. Rather pay the same prices on BASH or Superbalist or Zando etc. Much better service and customer service.
