Non assistance to solve a problem.

I have now tried for 3 days to order 2 pairs of sneakers on the online platform. I managed to pick the product,, I manage to select the shop where I would like delivery to take place, but as soon as I click place my order, I get the following message "We Failed to place your order". I have tried the online as well as the App platform. I have phoned the customer service line - but got cut off and I have tried the WhatsApp line - which did not give me any assistance. Really is this how Mr Price do business?
