No winter clothes for my children courtesy of the incompetency by Mr Price Group

I bought my children clothes via their Online option. On the 8th of July i received an email confirming that my shipment was out for delivery and would arrived before 5pm (on the same day of the 8th).

Days later...NO DELIVERY. I then track the order on the 11th of July and i noticed that the corrier service has noted ''Contact not available" on some days and on other days they noted "Nobody at home" which is both nonsensical as i am currently home 24/7 and the corrier would have to call me to gain access into the estate.

i have been on the phone with Mr Price and also their agents that have just been rude, condescending and unhelpful.

Today i called again i am being told that there are no deliveries due to the protests/riots.

I explained that i understand that however, my delivery should have arrived PRIOR to the rioting.

My children are without warm clothes. I am so frustrated as they keep insisting that there is nothing they can do and they cannot refund me. I asked to speak to the Manager or Superior and i was told they are not available.

I went on to beg them for a voucher equivalent to the money i paid which they credit into the nearest Mr Price to my home so that i can physically go and buy the clothes for my children...again thay insisted there is NOTHING they can do and that they cannot confirm when i may receive my order.

I am hurt, disappointed and frustrated.
