No Way to Block Lost Mr Price card

There is no way to block your Mr Price card once it's ******. You cannot block it on the online portal and they don't accept emails. There's a call centre number you have to call and wait until your airtime finishes leaving your matter unresolved and you'll still be liable for any purchases on the card. Why must it be so difficult to block your card and protect yourself.
