No voucher or refund on airtime purchased from Mr Price account

Good day

It was not cell to cell it is like i purchase it every month from my account on from cellphone number ***. If you can investigate that you will find that i have never received the airtime and if it is not like that why would it reflect on my statement that airtime was purchased? Please invetigate it and give me proper feed back.
