No value for customers

It was on the 24 September 2015, I was doing shopping for shoes for my 9 year old when I was scratched on my forehead by an exposed empty shoe hanger. I reported the matter to the cashier who then called John Foster as the store manager. Half the time they were having a conversation about my injury as if I was not there. I was then advised that the matter should be recorded in the incident report which they spent hours looking for it without any joy. John Foster then took my contact preferences and promised to call me. I am yet to receive his call.
