no update

<p>I am a Mr P cliet for many years and have an account with them for more than two years I believe. The company I worked for closed down therefore I was out of income. Since I have the 360 cover I filled out tge forms and sent email with attachments last month. I waited for feedback for weeks. I was then told that the format of my forms were not acceptable therefore I scanned them to pdf and sent the same day. I have not heard anything mit even a confirmation email . This is stressing me out because it was all good when I was paying the cover but now I have lost income no one calls me. I just receive threatening sms to pay double the instalment . </p>
