No tracking to my order

First time ever to place an order with Mr Price online and still haven't received my order.

I placed my order 17th Dec, and waited patiently for it to arrive. I then called in on the 22nd, as it was taking a little too long than promised according to the waiting time.

When I called in, I was told that my order has not been processed as yet, that's when I requested a cancellation as I did not need to items in my order anymore. I was told that I'd be refunded immediately, or the day after. I am still waiting for my refund...

I was also advised that I would get a gift voucher for the payment method that I used (Debit card). I think that this is so unfair. I waited long enough on my order and now I have to wait on my gift card. I would like a refund to my bank account please!
