No slip, no exchange since looting policy is nonsense!!

I bought a leather jacket at Mr Price Southgate on the 25th March 2022 with my FNB savings account on the 31st March 2022 I wanted to wear the jacket only to find that the fabric smells somehow. The jacket just smells fish I just don’t understand what kind of fabric this jacket is made with. I went to Mr Price at Bara and I was told I should have a slip if I want to exchange the jacket. The jacket has a tag and I have proof of payment on my bank statement and I want to return this jacket as I can’t wear it. It smells so bad. I can take something else but the jacket I’m no longer interested.
